How do I choose Windows?
You choose the operating system in the order form, and you can reinstall it whenever you like from your service panel.
How do I connect to the server?
Over Remote Desktop (RDP), using the dedicated IP, the administrator username and the password we give you. On Windows you use the "Remote Desktop Connection" app, which is already installed.
Do you make backups?
The service includes the data center's redundant infrastructure, with disks in RAID 10. If you need periodic copies of your data, write to us and we will tell you which backup option applies to your plan.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes. Cores, memory and disk are increased without reinstalling anything: you pay only the difference and the server keeps running with the new resources.
Where is the server located?
In our own data center in Santiago, Chile, with ISO 27001 certification, redundant power and network, and 24/7 monitoring.
