GRUPO INAN SpA (RUT 77.431.583-7) is a Chilean company that provides internet and IT services, including web hosting, VPS servers and dedicated servers, on its own infrastructure in Chile.

Terms & Conditions
Terms governing the contracting and use of the services of GRUPO INAN SpA. By contracting any of our services, you declare that you know and accept these terms.
2 User conduct
The user agrees to use the services in compliance with current Chilean law and not to take actions that harm the company, other clients or third parties. Respectful treatment of the company's staff is required.
3 Prohibited activities
The following, among other conduct, is prohibited:
- Distributing or hosting illegal content.
- Using or distributing malware or malicious software.
- Using abusive language toward the company's staff.
- Spamming: sending unsolicited electronic promotional communications.
4 Contract duration
Services are of indefinite duration, unless terminated by either party. Monthly-payment services renew automatically. Non-payment triggers automatic cancellation of the service, with no guarantee of data recovery; any outstanding debt remains in force.
5 Services
The company provides the contracted services according to the features published for each plan. The specific conditions of each type of service are detailed in the following sections.
6 Fortuitous events
The company will not be liable for interruptions caused by force majeure or fortuitous events, such as natural disasters or outages that affect multiple providers across the board (for example, massive fiber-optic outages).
7 Support and service
Technical support operates continuously, 24/7. The commercial and billing departments operate on business days, from 9:00 to 18:00.
8 Fees, charges and payments
Prices are expressed in Chilean pesos and include or add VAT as indicated in each plan. Payments can be made via WebPay Plus, MercadoPago or bank transfer. The service is activated or renewed once payment is confirmed.
9 Refunds
- Web hosting plans include a 15-day money-back guarantee.
- Services contracted for 35 days or more include a refund within 30 days.
- Domains, SSL certificates and dedicated servers are non-refundable.
- Refunds do not include taxes and require a justified technical failure.
10 Security exception
The company may adopt security measures, including the temporary suspension of a service, when there is a risk to the infrastructure, to other clients or to third parties.
11 Service conditions
Use of the services is subject to the technical and fair-use conditions defined for each plan, intended to preserve performance and stability for all clients.
12 Hosting, multidomain hosting and reseller hosting
Resource usage conditions apply to shared hosting and reseller plans:
- Maximum CPU usage of 8%.
- Connections to external databases are not allowed from shared hosting.
- Email sending per hour is limited according to the contracted plan:

13 Game servers
On game servers, the permitted CPU usage is up to 20%.
14 Server administration
The company performs the operating system installation and 24/7 monitoring, but is not responsible for data loss. The client is responsible for damages or configurations made during the term of the service.
15 VPS and dedicated servers without high availability
For VPS and dedicated servers without high availability, discounts on billing apply according to the monthly availability recorded:

16 Modification of the terms
The company may modify these terms and conditions. Continued use of the services after a modification implies acceptance of the current version.
17 Exclusions
Situations arising from the client's mishandling, as well as custom installations or modifications made by the client, are excluded from the company's liability.
18 Client acceptance
By contracting and using the services, the client declares having fully read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
