Commission
It is calculated on the first payment made by the customer who came through your link, whether monthly, annual or one-off.
What you can refer
Web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller, VPS, dedicated servers, web design, ERP system and software development.
The only exception
No commission on: Domain registration and renewal. The margin on domains is set by the registrar, not by us.
How you get paid
Your choice: Bank transfer o Credit in your portal account. You decide when you cash out.

Frequently asked questions
Exactly how much do I earn?
25% of the first payment made by each new customer who arrives through your link. If your referral buys an annual plan, the commission is calculated on that full annual payment.
Do I have to pay anything to join?
No. Joining is free, there is no monthly fee or minimum purchase, and you do not need to be a customer of ours to take part.
Is the commission paid on renewals too?
No. The commission is paid once, on the customer's first payment. If you are after recurring income on every renewal, the model that suits you is Reseller Hosting: there you invoice your client directly every month.
Which services earn commission?
The whole catalogue: web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, VPS servers, dedicated servers, web design, ERP system and software development. The only exception is domain registration and renewal.
How does the system know the customer came from me?
When your account is activated you get your own tracking link. When someone enters through that link and buys, the sale is recorded under your name in your portal account.
How and when do I get paid?
Your choice: you can request a withdrawal by bank transfer or leave the commission as credit in your account to pay for your own services. Withdrawals are arranged from the client portal.
Can I refer someone who is already an INAN customer?
The program is designed for new customers. If you are unsure about a specific case, write to us before sending them over and we will review it with the sales team.
Do I need a company or to issue an invoice?
You can sign up as an individual. Commission payments are subject to the tax rules in force in Chile; the sales team will tell you which document applies in your case.
Does it work if my audience is outside Chile?
Yes, though it is worth knowing our offer is strongest in Chile: local infrastructure, support in Spanish and billing in pesos. That is where you will convert best.
What if my referral asks for a refund?
If the service is cancelled within the guarantee period and the money is refunded, that sale earns no commission. The refund periods are set out in our Terms and Conditions.
